Project 1: Marketing at Marriott

Marketing at Marriott is a comprehensive eLearning course developed in Articulate Rise to educate above-property and property marketing professionals and individuals with direct or indirect marketing responsibilities across Marriott's global regions.
The course is structured into three key lessons: Structure, Strategy, and Activation. It equips learners with the essential functional knowledge to navigate Marriott’s marketing organization, terminology, and strategy. By bridging knowledge gaps, it empowers participants to better support or implement impactful marketing initiatives.
While the Structure and Strategy lessons provide a universal foundation applicable across all global regions (APEC, EMEA, CALA, and US/Canada), the Activation lessons are uniquely tailored to address the distinct needs of each region. To ensure accessibility and engagement worldwide, the course was also translated into four languages.
As Marriott’s first and only global marketing training program, Marketing at Marriott marks a significant step in unifying and elevating marketing expertise across continents.
